| We strive hard to process your order within 24 hours. However, during the holiday season, generally from August - December, our processing times may take 3-4 days because of the high volume of orders we receive. Please be sure to place your order early during this time.
We fill all orders in the order in which they were received, however, we will process rush orders if requested. The cost for Priority Processing is $5.00, in addition to any additional express shipping charges that may be required. Thank you for understanding.
Orders will be shipped via FedEx or the U.S.Postal Service after payment has been received. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail®, Express Mail®, or Express Mail International® are assigned a tracking # from the post office to aid in locating missing or delayed packages. BJ's Craft Supplies has no control of your package once it is given to the shipper. BJ's Craft Supplies is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged orders incurred during shipping, regardless of how or with whom they are shipped. Normal delivery time averages 2 -
7 days to U.S. addresses with either carrier. Shipping times will be delayed during the holiday season when shipping volumes are much higher so order early during these times.
Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and other costs incurred in shipping to your destination. If you live outside of the U.S. be sure to learn about these charges, if they are applicable to you, before you place your order.
Be sure to inform BJ's Craft Supplies of any special shipping instructions or if a package cannot be delivered by both the USPS or FedEx using the address that you provide us. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of omitting this information.
